The Director of Business Operations is the foundational glue that holds the agency together. This role’s priorities are internal strategy, internal processes, and agency cohesiveness. The Director of Business Operations ensures workload distribution and appropriate staffing measures are taken to allow the agency to grow. If the agency hits a bump, this individual jumps into action to ensure clients do not feel it. The Director of Business Operations also ensures that the client is being billed correctly and collection of payment is being conducted appropriately.
We are looking to hire a spirited director of operations to take our organization’s operations to the next level. The director of operations will encourage an engaged senior management team and guard our values. You will analyze data and metrics to evaluate staff performance, lead and encourage employees to maximize performance, and ensure a strong talent pipeline. You will collaborate with human resources to create and implement succession plans for key management and supervisors and advance cohesion between various internal departments.
To be successful in this role you will ensure the quality of operations and customer service, inspire staff to give their all, and expand the company’s footprint and strengthen its reputation. Ideal candidates are ambitious and performance-oriented with exceptional people skills.

The candidate should possess at least a degree in marketing or similar related fields from a recognized academic institution. Candidates with higher degrees such as Masters and Ph.D. will be highly considered.
Candidates applying should have at least 3-5 years of experience working in this field. Candidates should also have a strong background in digital marketing and agency operations.
